Steven Mondragon has worked in both the public and private sectors. Having over 25 years of international experience as a consultant to diverse organizations in multiple industries.

He performed functions as a Global Manufacturing Director for Fortune 100 manufacturing companies. He directed international manufacturing projects and processes across the globe that included new product deployments. Dr. Mondragon’s publications include several White Papers and Technical Manuals relating to Economic Development, Manufacturing, and Continuous Improvement. Dr. Mondragon implemented several quality programs within ISO Series, Gemba Kaizen, CT-PAT and other related programs.  As an Inspector General Foreign Service Auditor and Diplomat, he assisted the United States Agency for International Development. Dr. Mondragon audited federal contracts throughout Latin America and the Caribbean. He was a Director of two institutions of higher learning, directing and leading Continuing Education Programs and the International Center for Occupational & Organizational Progress (a UNESCO Program).  Dr. Mondragon has a strong relationship with the Native American Community, having Southern Ute ancestry. He possesses a double major in Business Administration and Accounting, Master of Science in International Relations and Political Economy, and a PhD in International Business Administration.
