    As a Certified Management Consultant™ (CMC®), Certified Global Business Professional (CGBP), and Accredited Small Business Consultant (ASBC), Javid has been helping a wide variety of small and medium-sized enterprises think strategically, plan wisely, and step toward excellence in the global marketplace. Javid has 30 years of experience working with businesses in manufacturing-related industries, including the automotive industry, in the U.S., Europe, and Asia. During the past 15 years and as a full-time management consultant, Javid has been assisting both small businesses, in accessing to contract and capital, and large Prime Contractors and OEMs, in diversifying their supply chain.
    Javid holds a B.S. in Physics, an M.S. in Industrial Engineering, and an EMBA from his overseas studies, as well as an MBA from Texas A&M University San Antonio.

        Lucinda has over 20 years of strategic marketing expertise focused on business development within the manufacturing industry. As an entrepreneur, she has assisted small businesses and non-profit organizations with business development and marketing plans, assisting with implementation. In addition, she has assisted businesses with tax credits that have added to a company’s bottom line. Lucinda holds Master’s and Bachelor’s degrees in Communications from St. Mary’s University, where she has also been an Adjunct Professor.

            Charles D. Moke, “Charlie” specializes in workforce development, economic development and team coaching. Charlie consults, and facilitates group meetings to improve organizational culture and streamline operational functions by Skills Mapping. With over 20 years of people and project management experience serving as a strategist, facilitator or functional specialist. Helping businesses strategize over what area of town, they should establish office to attract workforce candidates. He has over 16 years of experience in the workforce arena in the San Antonio, Texas and the United States.
            He has a BA with a concentration in Marketing from OLLU. He completed his Certified Facilitator Training, Workforce Development Professional Training and is holds a Texas Real Estate License. Charlie is fluent in Spanish.
